Diagnostic spectrum
General information
Unless otherwise stated, the faecal profiles include a bacterial culture test and, if applicable, a mycological examination. Pathogen differentiation is done by MALDI-TOF.
If necessary, this is followed by a serological pathogen differentiation (e.g. salmonella, E. coli) and the preparation of an antibiogram as additional services (subject to a charge). A different regulation applies for the detection of E. coli in the Calf Faecal Profile Large.
