| Remark | Detection of the copy number alterations (CNAs) 13/19 and 36/19. Only a positive result is conclusive. Reasons for negative results: - It is not a urothelial (transitional cell) carcinoma.
- The urothelial (transitional cell) carcinoma is not caused by BRAF mutation or the CNAs 13/19 and 36/19.
- There were no or too few relevant cells in the sample.
- There is a marked inflammation.
- The test for CNAs is not suitable for prostate carcinomas.
- The test cannot be used for cats.
