  • Detection of endocrine active tissue of the gonads
  • Ovarian remnant syndrome

Material

Serum 2 x 1 ml

Execution

  • First blood collection = baseline value (oestradiol)
  • Injection of 0.32 µg of GnRH buserelin (Receptal®)/animal i.v.
  • Second sample after 3 hours = stimulation value
