General information
Pathogen differentiation is performed via MALDI-TOF.
If required, serological pathogen differentiation (e. g. salmonella) and an antibiogram will be performed additionally (for a fee).
Faecal profiles in which all parameters are examined by means of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) are called as PCR profiles.
