Bad Kissingen – The veterinary diagnostic laboratory LABOKLIN GmbH & Co. KG from Bad Kissingen has received the Top Employer Award (DIQP)* from the German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing. (DIQP) as a Top Employer (DIQP)* with a rating of “very good”.
The award of the employer seal Top Employer (DIQP) is based on an anonymous employee survey and a survey of employer performance. The certification was carried out according to the standards of the DIQP by the certification company SQC-QualityCert.
“LABOBKLIN’s result is convincing and the company therefore deservedly carries the Top Employer award. We congratulate the entire team at LABOKLIN on this very good result,” says Oliver Scharfenberg, Managing Director of SQC-QualityCert.
In contrast to other employer seals, Top Employer (DIQP) was awarded the rating BESONDERS EMPFEHLENSWERT by the independent consumer portal Label-online.de. The independent consumer portal is funded by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV) and provides consumers with good orientation in the seal jungle.
Dr Elisabeth Müller, Managing Director and owner of LABOKLIN, sees the award as an important statement from the ranks of the staff: “I am particularly pleased that our team has given the company such a great testimonial. As an employer, we do everything we can to create a working environment for our employees in which it is not just expertise and knowledge that count, but people and their needs that are in the foreground. I therefore find this a nice confirmation of our attractiveness as an employer – in the region and nationwide!”
Das Team habe in den letzten Monaten zudem Außergewöhnliches gestemmt und gezeigt, dass es auch in Ausnahmesituationen zusammenhalte, so Müller weiter. So leistet man seit dem Frühjahr 2020 mit der Auswertung von PCR-Tests einen nicht unerheblichen Beitrag zur Bekämpfung der Corona-Pandemie. Vor kurzem wurden dann noch Corona-Teststrecken in Bad Kissingen und Münnerstadt ins Leben gerufen, die es den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern aus den Landkreisen ermöglichen, sich kostenlos und unkompliziert einem Schnelltest zu unterziehen. Das Arbeitgebersiegel als Top Arbeitgeber signalisiert potenziellen Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern die Zufriedenheit der bestehenden Beschäftigten. Gerade in Zeiten des zunehmenden Fachkräftemangels heben sich zertifizierte Arbeitgeber positiv ab. Außerdem liefert das Arbeitgebersiegel auch umfassende Ergebnisse der durchgeführten Befragung und somit wichtige Hinweise für die Unternehmensleitung. „Schließlich wollen wir nicht stehen bleiben, sondern bemühen uns stets noch besser zu werden“, so Geschäftsführerin Müller.
