• Depending on the clinical issue, the following Function Tests can be performed:
  ACTH stimulation test
  Dexamethasone suppression test (low or high dose)
• Determination of cortisol following administration of Vetoryl; see Vetoryl Therapy Control.
• Single value determination has extremely low diagnostic value – in dogs, due to episodic secretion, in cats, because high concentrations may be stress-related.
