Dispatch by mail

If samples are to be shipped by postal mail or DHL, it should be noted that shipments including sample material of Category B (UN 3373) are only permitted to be sent as letters. When sending UN 3373, the shipment must include written information on the contents. The packaging has to be rigid and box-shaped and, in addition to indicating the category (“Biological substance, Category B” and “UN 3373”), needs to inform on the packaging testing. Furthermore, the telephone number of a responsible person must be provided.

Ensure sufficient postage is paid!

Insufficiently stamped consignments will be delivered separately to the laboratory and result in a delay and surcharge which will be invoiced to the practice.
