This also applies to declarations of consent granted before the GDPR came into force, i.e., before May 25, 2018. We would like to point out that revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its revocation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2.3 Within the scope of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR) <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We may also process your data on the basis of a consideration of interests in order to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties. This may be done, for example, for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining an order history for future services (e.g., seminar offers)<\/li>\n<li>Customer advice, support, and sales activities<\/li>\n<li>General business management and further development of services and products<\/li>\n<li>Advertising, market research, and opinion research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our interest in the respective processing arises from the respective purposes and is otherwise of an economic nature. Therefore, we process your data in order to send you relevant information and offers by email and to conduct customer satisfaction surveys.<\/p>\n<p>If you would prefer us not to do so, you can object at any time to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. This right also applies to profiling as long as it is connected with direct advertising.
