Calcium carbonate crystalluria

Calcium carbonate may crystallize in urine from horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and goats and form big yellow brown or colourless sphere with radial stripes or smaller crystals with round, ovoid or dumbbell shapes. Calcium carbonate crystals haven’t been found so far in the urine from dogs or cats. Dumbbell shaped crystals which are found in urine from dogs or cats are with a high probability calcium monohydride than calcium carbonate.
