The lab works till 13:00.
The telephone central line is available till 13:00.
Service department is closed.

The lab is closed (only answering machines).

Normal working day

DHL - NO delivery

The lab works as on Saturday.
The telephone central line is available from 08.00 till 19.00.
The service department is short-staffed (only for telephone calls and urgent matters).

Please take into consideration that on these special days (X-mas and New year's Eve) we, as everywhere in the world, generally have less people in the office and, therefore, some tests/ answers to the questions could take a bit longer then usual.
